To protect childhood early, stabilize schools, strengthen families, and reduce long-term public-system dependency before crisis begins.

These partners provide the strategic leadership, financial investment, research guidance, and public-sector collaboration required to launch, scale, and sustain ACE-to-BASE™ as a statewide and national prevention framework.

ROLE OF FOUNDING PARTNERS

Founding Development & Executive Partners serve as the initial architects and institutional champions of the ACE-to-BASE™ model. Their roles include:

• Strategic program design and scaling guidance
• Early pilot underwriting and launch support
• Public-sector and district implementation alignment
• Research and evaluation collaboration
• Legislative and policy integration support
• Long-term sustainability and infrastructure development

This is not short-term sponsorship. These are foundational, legacy-level partnerships that establish the permanent prevention infrastructure that will serve children and communities for generations.

It is the foundation of a new prevention and early-intervention infrastructure for schools, families, and communities.

We are inviting a small, carefully vetted group of partners to underwrite the creation of this system — not simply to sponsor it.

These partnerships are reserved for organizations and individuals whose values, long-term vision, and capacity for systems-level investment align with the scale of what is being built.

This is not traditional sponsorship.
This is foundational underwriting of a public-facing education and prevention platform designed to operate at county, regional, and statewide levels.

WHERE THE PROGRAM STANDS TODAY

Program Development & Pilot Readiness Phase

ACE-to-BASE™ is currently in the Program Development and Pilot Readiness Phase. During this stage, all funding supports the core work required to launch a district-ready prevention system, including:

• Curriculum and instructional framework development
• Alignment with Florida education, school safety, and MTSS requirements
• Data, assessment, and reporting system design
• Training and certification infrastructure
• Focus groups and implementation planning
• Legislative, school-board, and audit-ready reporting tools

School pilots will occur only after formal approval by school districts and governing boards.

Development partners fund the systems that make those pilots possible — without shifting early financial risk to schools or taxpayers.

LEGACY PILOT NAMING RIGHTS

The ACE-to-BASE™ Legacy Pilot Naming Designation is a one-time recognition reserved exclusively for the Founding Development Partner who underwrites the creation of the initial pilot infrastructure.

If activated following formal school-district approval, this designation becomes permanently associated with the origin of the ACE-to-BASE™ Pilot Program in all historical and executive records.

Key Characteristics

• Issued only once
• Permanently recorded in program history
• Not an advertising placement
• Not subject to expiration
• Not transferable without written consent

Values-Based Selection

Selection is based on mission alignment, public-impact vision, reputational stewardship, and the ability to support a full 3–5 year public-sector development runway.
Financial contribution alone does not guarantee designation.

Pilot Conversion Disclaimer

Legacy naming activation occurs only after formal approval by participating school districts and governing bodies.
Before approval, recognition remains a development-phase legacy attribution only.

All partnership information on this page is for informational purposes only and is preliminary and non-binding until finalized in a written agreement reviewed and approved by legal counsel for both parties and fully executed by authorized signatories.

Nothing on this page constitutes:
• A binding offer
• A guarantee of partnership
• A guarantee of school-pilot placement
• A solicitation of charitable donations

All funds provided under any eventual agreement are treated as taxable program-development underwriting for a for-profit entity and are not charitable donations and not tax-deductible. Sponsors should consult their own tax advisors regarding tax treatment.
